Insofar as no explicit storage duration is indicated with the recording (e.g. within the framework of a consent declaration), the personal data is deleted provided it is no longer required for compliance with the objective of the storage, unless legal obligations to preserve account records for a specified period do not allow a deletion (e.g. commercial and taxation-related legal obligations to preserve account records for a specified period).

Right to information, correction, deletion and revocation

On request, we inform you in writing, according to the applicable law, whether and which personal data we store in our company. If incorrect information should have been stored in spite of the efforts of our company regarding data protection and data correctness, we will correct this situation according to your requirements.

You have also the right to demand restriction of the processing of personal data by our company. In addition, you can demand that you are provided with the data which you gave to our company in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You can also object to the data processing of personal data by our company.

You have furthermore the right to demand the deletion of your personal data, provided that legal retention times do not oppose this. We delete the data if we do not require it any longer for the objective for which we recorded and processed it, or if you revoke your given consent and no other legal grounds exist for the further processing of your data. In addition, we delete this data when the processing by us has been illegal for unknown reasons or you object to the processing and no major entitled interest in the processing exists. A deletion of your data is also implemented when we are obliged to do so legally. Our company has also put in place technical measures in order to inform all recipients of your data about your deletion and correction demands. Data protection

IHLE has implemented the required measures to ensure the protection, security and integrity of your personal data. Access to personal data is limited to those employees and service providers who have been trained and made aware concerning compliance with the confidentiality of the data.

On the commercial Internet pages of IHLE, bank information can be recorded for the purpose of effective, legally-secure payment processes. These measures can exist from an SSL encryption (so that the data is illegible for third parties) in case of the recording or conveyance of confidential data.
